About the organiser
Silard Matrai
Silard Matrai (a.k.a.Szilárd Mátrai), founder of the Masterclass Day and a Certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team, first came into contact with the network marketing industry in 1991. After many years of successful intenational business building, and expert of systems and compensation plans he has been giving lectures and trainings on the subject since 2000, and the first Masterclass Day was organised in 2006, attracting 1,145 participants.
In the decade and a half since then, at Szilárd’s invitation, Tom ‘Big Al’ Schreiter, Don and Nancy Failla, Michael Strachowitz, Dale Calvert, Mark Davis, Robert Butwin and Richard Neihart have all given live presentations in Hungary; many of them are best known for the seminal works of this profession they have written and are internationally sought-after speakers.
In doing so, Szilárd provided networkers with genuine, world-class network marketing training, as he is convinced that this profession can and must be learnt.
To this day, he invites international experts to deliver training sessions and conduct online interviews, providing the audience and participants with the benefit of many years’ experience.
